The history of rubber tiles Ecotess began in 2010. When the company Alstroy whose primary business was the sale of building materials, purchased equipment for the production of rubber tiles Ecostep and started production of plates under the same brand. The first public statement on the new market of St. Petersburg the product was the participation in the exhibition Baltic building week. Rubber tiles aroused great interest not only among ordinary users, but among professionals in the construction industry. This was proved by the orders for rubber tiles and 3rd place in the innovation competition, which was held in the framework of the exhibition.
In the next 2 years the company increased production volumes, improved technology and engaged in the promotion of rubber tiles to the masses. During this time, the rubber tile was presented at the International landscape forum 2010 (Saint-Petersburg), the Interstroyexpo exhibition (St. Petersburg) 2010, 2011, 2012, Sport-2011 (Moscow).
In 2012, the company was forced to abandon the use of the brand Ecostep and joined the group of companies Sporto. Along with this, the question arose about the replacement of existing equipment with more modern. Because the quality can not compete with European counterparts, and cooperation with Ecostep scrutiny.
By the summer of 2012 the company opened two new areas – device seamless rubber coating and selling components ( crumb rubber and binder). For the first season was made more than 20 objects on the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region, formed a coordinated team of professionals .
In the beginning of 2013 was launched the first two line of hot pressing of rubber tiles. Rubber tile, manufactured on the new equipment, exceeded all expectations. Tile is made automatically and the output is a product with minimum deviations for linear dimensions and thickness, having no analogues in Russia.
In September 2013, work was launched on another of the European press. Currently, the total capacity of the three lines is 500 sq. m. rubber tiles a day, this is the biggest production of rubber tiles in Russia.
A special role in the company‘s life played by:
skating rink at red square in Moscow (covering for changing rooms and walkways);
- kindergarten №29 Krasnogvardeisky district of St. Petersburg, took 3-th place in the urban competition for the improvement;
- deliveries of tiles for the Federal program on construction of playgrounds in Irkutsk region;
- work with the sport Committee of St. Petersburg;
- supply of rubber tiles in Kaliningrad and Sakhalin.
