The basis of this Foundation lay deep understanding and compassion for people with mental illness. And this is regardless of who he is by religion and ethnicity. The Fund is open to all weak and in need of care and support, attention and love. And there is no difference in what area of Kazakhstan live. The main thing that he found his place under the sun and understanding from society. And we are doing our best and care about them.
The Fund was established to support people with mental illness, regardless of age and social status. As well as people who have remained without care of relatives or guardians. The Fund employs a temporary detention centre, support and psychological assistance to this category of people. Consultations legal assistance. The Foundation works in unlimited mode and confidentially in relation to their wards. But the Foundation is in dire need of financial support to provide services to the most weak and defenseless segment of the population PSIHBOLNYM.
