The house was built by us in 2015 for all Euro standards with a quality finish. The spacious rooms are decorated in light tones for optimum relaxation.
In this house the first floor has 2 room suites for 4 persons and 2 seats with all the amenities. Each room has a separate entrance, kitchen with everything you need, fridge, air conditioning, TV (LCD), 2 comfortable beds and 1 bedroom, bed linen, blankets, bathroom equipped with large shower/cabin, Hairdryer, towels, etc.
In the standard rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor private entrance in each room, comfortable beds of 2 and 1 bedrooms, air conditioning, TV, bed linen, blankets, bathroom equipped with large shower, towels, etc.
For our younger guests there is a highchair, cot, stroller.
Also on site there is a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking, gas stove, microwave, extra capacity refrigeration and freezers, irons and Ironing boards are available free of charge in all room categories. On the plot there is a Playground area in the shade with barbecue where you can enjoy the fragrant cooking of the Kuban meat or fresh fish, or use the casoni for cooking pilaf.
Parking area with capacity of 15 places, our territory is fenced and closed at night on the combination lock. Throughout, it is possible to use free Wi-Fi.
