About Basen Cafe
In one of the most picturesque places of Moscow suburbs - on site “Novogorsk” - we opened the restaurant Basen Cafe. Our institution, sheltered from the usual noise of the metropolis, located in a peaceful and ecologically clean area. This area since the XVI century, known as Dvoryanskoe Gnezdo Prince Khilkov, Boris, and later, in the mid-nineteenth century, there was located a suburban cottage, which was rented to wealthy residents of Moscow.
To be our guest, say at a checkpoint boarding house that you are in a restaurant, and after a few minutes you will enjoy a delicious meal in the fresh air, stunning views and intimate atmosphere of our restaurant.

About The Concept. New York and Guatemala
Inspired by the food culture of new York and the magical atmosphere of Guatemala, we have made a part of these amazing places in the interior and menu of our restaurant, so conditionally can divide the institution in two of the eponymous hall.
Coffee is made in new York style. Here we have gathered a unique collection of classical and business literature. The atmosphere of the coffee shop is conducive to productive work at the computer. Here you can enjoy a Cup of your favorite coffee or tea and eat freshly baked cakes.
Large room we have decorated parts of culture of Guatemala - painted plates depicting the Maya cushion, decorated with traditional, colourful patterns, embroidered Guatemalan women.
On our veranda, immersed in greenery, the long summer evenings you can watch live sportivne broadcasts, movies or concerts on the big screen.

On The Menu
From nine in the morning we serve Breakfast. Among the most popular items - oatmeal with Chia seeds, scrambled eggs with pureed black beans, a roast-beef sandwich, gluten-free pancakes with sweet cheese and candied fruit and vanilla cheesecake with berries. Hits of the drinks - flat white, cappuccino, cocoa. Also included, your choice of Americano or tea.
In the main menu, the restaurant combines contemporary and traditional seasonal dishes from the chef. Stewed octopus with potatoes, stew oxtail with vegetables, ribs, young calf stewed in BBQ sauce with prunes, croquettes of crab and shrimp with fried spinach. Steaks from the meat of young bull corn-fed beef, pork, chicken and lamb roast on live coals. Our favorite of the desserts is Chia pudding in coconut milk with fresh berries.

Sports & Fitness
We are active in sports and fitness, and for everyone regularly conduct functional training on the green area of our restaurant. Behind our team more than fifteen marathons in new York, Chicago, Moscow, St. Petersburg and other cities and countries.
