One of the oldest libraries of the city are located in one of the most beautiful districts - the Volga. The library was opened in 1921 while the 2nd Socialist club. V. I. Lenin, the name of the writer and thinker Alexander Nikolaevich Radischev library is from the day of Foundation. 1934 received the status of city library, frequently moved, before the great Patriotic war the library "lodged" in one of the classrooms of the secondary school.
