Certification of products and services of Lyubertsy

Voluntary certification system "Safety and Quality" (abbreviated name – SBC) was the Executive body of the Russian Federation 02 Mar 2009 under the registration number in the registry of the systems of voluntary certification ROSS RU.И559.04ЖР00.
Voluntary certification system is the statutory system used for products (products, equipment), work (services), quality assurance that is not a requirement of the Law. Such a system is governed by the fundamental Law on technical regulation in the Russian Federation, and registered in Federal Agency for technical regulation and Metrology "Rostechregulirovanie".
Over the years the System, many organizations are accredited, thus confirming the competence of personnel and availability of equipment, and at the moment successfully carry out the activity of voluntary certification of services and products on the territory of the Russian Federation.
Our system is a recognizable "brand" for raising confidence among potential users of certification.
Certification is carried out in order to:
Ø certify products, systems and components of fire protection, management systems quality of national standards, preliminary national standards, codes of practice, voluntary certification systems, terms of contracts;
Ø assistance to purchasers in competent selection of products, works, services;
Ø improve the competitiveness of products, works and services on Russian and international markets;
Ø build confidence of consumers and other stakeholders to the activities of organizations with the aim of increasing competitiveness;
Ø increase the level of safety of objects of certification with consideration of the risk of occurrence of emergency situations of natural and technogenic character.
Confirmation of compliance is developed and applied equally and in equal measure irrespective of the country and (or) place of product origin, realization of processes of design (including surveys), production, construction, installation, commissioning, operation, storage, transportation, realisation and recycling, performance of works and rendering of services, types or peculiarities of bargains and (or) persons who are manufacturers, executors, sellers, purchasers.

SSBC offers organizations confirm the competence of a certification body, testing laboratory and experts in the voluntary certification system for determining conformity of objects with the established requirements in the field of fire safety.
The objects of voluntary confirmation of compliance shall be the products, processes of production, operation, storage, transportation, realization and utilization, work and services, as well as other objects in respect of which the standards, systems of voluntary certification and contracts establish the requirements.
