Surf Plaza. Moscow, Russia

In the South–East of Moscow, near the Printer, on the embankment of the Moscow river, is a new multifunctional complex, the Surf Plaza. The total area of 15 000 sq. m.

The Surf Plaza complex consists of three main zones:

The first area is Commercial, with two separate entrances. Located on the first and zero floors of the complex, a restaurant, dry-cleaner‘s and Laundry; commercial space for rent for shops, Bank, hairdresser, etc.

The second area - Office occupies the second and third floors of the building. In all of the leased office spaces, panoramic Windows overlooking the embankment of the Moscow river.

The third area of the Sport. Fitness center with indoor pool; a tennis club with two courts; a Dance Studio.
