About our pile:
1. Welded connection according to GOST.
The quality of the welding at the junction of the blades and the pile shaft is the most important point that determines the carrying capacity of the piles. The weld must be double-sided, smooth, without nepoverennyh areas and cracks. In the production of screw piles, we use semi-automatic welding, thus achieving a perfect weld quality.
2. The wall thickness of the pipe.
In the manufacture of screw piles we use only new certified metal. The wall thickness of pipe pile 108 is about 3.5 mm.
3. Double corrosion-resistant coating.
When painting piles, we use a two-component anti-corrosion coating. Its composition is a suspension containing pigments, mineral fillers, alkyd varnish, substance – stabilizers and the desiccant. As a filler use titanium dioxide and other solid minerals. Has a high resistance, durability and adhesion strength. Resistant to temperature changes from -45 to +60 degrees.
4. Blades from a single sheet.
We use metal laser cutting, which allows the screw perfectly smooth and to avoid welded joints. Because the blades have increased durability and longevity.
