Sport-shooting club "Garnizon" is the first specialized hall for crossfit training in Togliatti, located in the Central area of the city.

The first trial exercise in our gym is FREE of charge (by appointment).

Crossfit (crossfit) is a program with the development of strength and fitness, functional training, weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, running. It‘s team work, overcoming himself and his laziness, good mood and desire to work even harder.
There are no monotonous exercises, approaches, and sets, as is customary in a traditional gym. Workouts are based on constantly varied, functional movements, which worked out the whole body, which makes it easier to achieve visible results in terms of their physical form and appearance.

Only depends on you what results you will achieve, but we have everything to make you fell in love with crossfit, and sports in any form!

A professional coach will always give advice on how to gain weight or how to lose weight, teach and control techniques, will select the proper weight and set exercises.

To do crossfit can both beginners who are just starting to try themselves in sports or already experienced athletes - training the trainer individually.
