The purpose of the organization:
protection of legal, economic, social, creative, age, national-cultural and other common interests of women, children, their legal representatives and young people to develop healthy, harmonious personality, full of childhood.
Target group NGO "solar circle":
• Children and adolescents with HIV infection.
• Women and men in crisis situations and in need of social adaptation.
• People living with HIV and co — infections.
• Citizens of Ukraine, other countries and people without citizenship who are in need of legal assistance and protection of their rights.
