LLC "GUSE" in accordance with the Federal law of the Russian Federation dated 09.02.2007 №16-FZ "On transport security" carries out the categorization and assessment of vulnerability of vehicles (TC) and transport infrastructure (OTI), develops plans of transport security.
LLC "GUSE" has the following accreditation certificates in the field of OU OTI and TC:
1. The accreditation certificate issued by the Federal road Agency (ROSAVTODOR) of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation N 0000196 from 10 April 2013 for the right to assess the vulnerability of transport infrastructure objects and vehicles in the road transport sector, road management and urban land-electric transport.
2. The accreditation certificate issued by the Federal road Agency (ROSAVTODOR) of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation N 0000119 of 29 October 2011 on the implementation of vulnerability assessment of transport infrastructure and vehicles in the field of urban surface electric transport.
SERVICES PROVIDED under OU OTI and TC:
I. CONSULTATION ON the CATEGORIZATION of OTI AND TC:
Assistance in providing information about OTI AND TC in the Agency for categorization.
Facilitating the prompt consideration of the documents in the Agency.
II. ESTIMATION OF VULNERABILITY OTI AND TC:
Conduct Oh object.
According to the results of the evaluation shall be drawn to a site survey and a Report on the assessment of vulnerability OTI or the vehicle.
The duration of the OU, OTI and the vehicle is not more than one month
III. APPROVAL OF THE REPORT OF THE ASSESSMENT OF VULNERABILITY OTI OR THE VEHICLE:
The result of the vulnerability assessment is made in the form of a report and is submitted for approval to the Federal road Agency.
IV. CONSULTATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN OF TRANSPORT SECURITY
The plan of transport security is developed based on the conducted vulnerability assessment on the basis of the proposed report recommendations.
The plan is developed in accordance with the Order №34 of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation of 11 February 2010. "On approval of procedure of development of plans of ensuring transport safety of transport infrastructure objects and vehicles".
Further developed the plan is submitted for approval. The decision to approve or refuse approval of the Plan is taken within a period not exceeding 30 days. Changes made to the plan in the event of a change of a vulnerability assessment are considered in this order.
V. DESIGN and SURVEY WORKS ON the SUBJECT of INSTALLATION of ENGINEERING SYSTEMS AND STRUCTURES.
Vi. CONDUCT ADDITIONAL VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT
carried out in case:
- changes to the structural, technical and technological characteristics of transport infrastructure;
- change of the potential threats of acts of unlawful interference in the activity of transport infrastructure objects;
- changes of requirements on maintenance of transport safety of objects of transport infrastructure.
Additional assessment is carried out in a period not exceeding 1 month in respect of the changes.
