Society for consumer rights protection carries out the following activities:
◾with the assistance of their employees - professional lawyers – provides services for drafting of claims, statements of claim in arbitration courts and courts of General jurisdiction, carries out representation in specified instances;
◾analyzes contracts sellers (performers, producers) to consumers or other persons, to identify in the aforesaid documents inconsistent with the provisions of the legislation followed recommendations;
◾conducts on its own initiative or at the request of the consumer with the involvement of third parties independent expertise of goods and services give consumers an expert opinion;
◾collects information about the damage caused to life, health or property of consumers, violation of the rights of consumers caused by hazardous goods (works, services), and notify the state bodies exercising control over safety of goods (works, services) shall take the necessary measures to protect the rights of consumers;
◾to protect the rights of consumers makes claims in courts on its own initiative or on behalf of the consumer (group of consumers, or the interests of an indefinite circle of consumers);
◾organizes seminars and conferences on issues of application of normative legal acts regulating the civil legal relations;
◾provides legal advice to citizens and legal entities on protection of consumer rights and other civil legal relationships, the provisions of the Law on protection of consumer rights and other normative acts in the sphere of protection of consumers.
